Terms of Service
The agreement between you and One World Tours when you use our website, request quotations, or book travel with us.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and One World International Trades and Services LLC (Oman) or One World Travel & Tourism (Private) Limited (Pakistan) — whichever entity’s office arranges your booking — together operating as One World Tours (“OWT”, “we”, “us”), with offices in Oman and Pakistan. By using oneworld.tours, submitting an inquiry, creating an account, or confirming a booking with our advisors, you accept these terms.
2. What we do — agency role
OWT arranges travel services that are ultimately delivered by third-party suppliers: airlines, hotels, tour and transport operators, insurers, and visa authorities. For those services we act as an agent. Your contract for the travel service itself is with the supplier, whose own conditions (fare rules, hotel policies, insurance policy wording) apply in addition to these terms. We will always tell you the material conditions — such as baggage allowance, change fees, and cancellation rules — before you confirm.
3. Quotations, prices, and availability
- Prices shown on the website (including group ticket fares, tour and package prices, hotel rates, visa fees, and insurance premiums) are indicative starting prices unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you in writing (email or WhatsApp) after checking availability — submitting a form or hold request does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation; airline fares in particular can change until ticketed.
- Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if we discover one before ticketing we will offer you the correct price or a full refund of anything paid.
4. Payments
- Payment is requested only after your booking details are confirmed by an advisor. We never ask for payment before confirming availability.
- Payment methods, currency, and timing are stated on your quotation or invoice. Some services (for example group tickets and Umrah packages) require a deposit with the balance due before travel or ticketing.
- If a required payment is not received by the stated deadline, held seats or rooms may be released and the price may change.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Change and cancellation rules depend on the supplier and fare or rate you choose, and are shown before you confirm — for group tickets they are displayed on each departure card.
- Refunds are processed after the supplier refunds us; supplier processing times vary and some fares, deposits, visa fees, and insurance premiums are non-refundable once issued.
- Our own service fees for work already performed (for example visa file preparation) are non-refundable.
- If a supplier significantly changes or cancels your arrangements, we will tell you promptly and help you choose between the alternatives or a refund the supplier offers.
6. Travel documents and requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring every traveler has a valid passport (commonly with at least 6 months validity), the correct visas, and any required health documents for the whole journey.
- Visa assistance is exactly that — assistance. Visa decisions are made solely by the issuing government or embassy. We do not guarantee visa approval, and application fees are generally non-refundable if a visa is refused.
- You must give us accurate traveler details. Name corrections after ticketing usually incur airline fees, and incorrect details can lead to denied boarding at your own cost.
7. Umrah packages
Umrah arrangements depend on Saudi regulations, visa quotas, and hotel and transport availability in Makkah and Madinah, all of which can change at short notice. Where a change is imposed on us (for example a hotel substitution), we will provide accommodation of an equivalent or better category, or a price adjustment.
8. Your account
- Keep your password and OTP codes confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it is compromised.
- Web accounts are for customers. Agency, partner, and staff access is provided separately through the OWT dashboard under the applicable partner agreement.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, scraping, resale of inventory without authorization, or violation of these terms.
9. Partner storefronts (B2B)
Registered agencies and hotel partners may operate storefronts powered by OWT inventory. Bookings placed through a partner storefront are fulfilled by OWT under these same terms, and the partner’s commercial relationship with OWT is governed by the separate partner agreement.
10. Acceptable use of the website
- Do not attempt to breach security, access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the website or chat assistant.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape inventory or prices without our written permission.
- Content on the site (text, images, branding) belongs to OWT or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.
11. Liability
- Where we act as agent, the supplier is responsible for delivering the travel service; our responsibility is to arrange it with reasonable skill and care.
- We are not liable for events beyond our or the supplier's reasonable control — including weather, strikes, airspace closures, epidemics, or government action — though we will always help you rearrange affected plans.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability can be limited, our total liability for a booking is limited to the amounts you paid us for that booking.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip; it is your responsibility to ensure the cover suits your needs.
12. Complaints
If something goes wrong during travel, contact us immediately on +96890699886 (phone) or +923700030144 (WhatsApp) so we can fix it while you are still traveling. Formal complaints should be emailed to info@oneworld.tours within 28 days of your return, and we will respond within 14 days.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat — unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise. For bookings contracted through our Lahore office, the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Lahore apply instead.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your booking applies to that booking. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
